At the beginning there is a narrator and they have a sort of low tone which makes the audience immediately start to feel pitiful for the child.
Then the child appears to be in a kitchen and colouring in his book.
The narrator then talks about the arguments and fights that take place with a shadow in the background of one of the parents and just the narrator says this, the voices of the parents arguing in the background is being projected quite loud and as this is being done the child makes the action of being scared. By the director of the campaign doing this, they are trying to put the audience in the position of the child as well as trying to get them to feel sort of sorry for the child.
The narrator continues to speak and the child leaves the kitchen to go and hide in a small place under the stairs. By the child hiding under the stairs, it gives the audience a more dramatic image of what it is like for the child on a daily basis.
Whilst the child is hiding under the stairs the camera sort of zooms into the child's face, the child looks scared and frightened. By zooming into the child' s face, the audience will be tempted into wanting to supported and help the child.
A few seconds later there is a caption showing how much people should donate towards the charity and the amount they should donate which is "£2 a month" is in bold. The same caption is repeated at the end, to remind people about how much they should donate.
The music played in the background is classical music and it is lowered to put people in a pitiful mood.
